Michelle D. Napier

Michelle has experience in all stages of state-court litigation and is an excellent advocate for her clients. Michelle’s clients benefit from her winning combination of aggressive representation, broad knowledge, superior integrity and personal attention. Michelle’s goal is to efficiently guide her clients through the legal system with practical and flexible solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals and objectives.  

Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of: divorce, family law, civil litigation, and real estate litigation, and representing her small-business clients in a variety of matters. Michelle is also a seasoned negotiator and skilled preparer of a variety of agreements. Michelle Napier is a wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family, playing billiards, being outdoors, and supporting local non-profits. She is the past-president of the Rotary Club of Sebastian, Florida. Michelle holds dual undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminal justice and received her law degree in 2005.

Kevin M. Rollin

Kevin M. Rollin has experience representing clients in all stages of litigation, including trials and appeals. He is a practical, diligent, and relentless advocate. Whether in court or acting as a legal counselor, Kevin utilizes a combination of thoughtful preparation, creative problem solving, and steadfast integrity to achieve favorable results for his clients. Kevin’s goal is to empower his clients so that they may take charge and overcome adversity with direction and purpose.

Kevin concentrates his practice primarily on divorce and complex family law but also handles business litigation matters, mortgage and title insurance-related litigation; general civil litigation; and appeals. Kevin is also a skilled draftsman and negotiator of prenuptial agreements, business contracts, and other agreements.

Kevin is a husband, father, Rotarian, native Floridian, and martial artist who enjoys the outdoors, economics, politics, shooting sports, and good conversation. In 2004 Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. After college Kevin became a mortgage loan officer in his home-town of Jacksonville, Florida but entered law school in 2006 before the mortgage meltdown of 2008. Kevin attended law school at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and upon graduating in 2009, moved to Vero Beach, Florida to marry his wife, Ashley, who is a science teacher in Indian River County. Ashley was awarded “teacher of the year” for 2017-2018. Now, Kevin and Ashley live in Sebastian, Florida with their two children, Michael and Grace, but Kevin remains active in the Sunrise Rotary Club of Vero Beach, Florida where he contributes to the planning and execution of the club’s annual Florida Craft Brew and Wing Festival held every February on Royal Palm Pointe in Vero Beach.

Nicholas Bykowsky, Jr.

Nicholas Bykowsky has been practicing law in Florida for over twenty years, primarily focusing on business litigation. He has represented the Florida Department of Revenue in tax controversies, the state securities regulator, as well as private businesses in both corporate matters and health care law. Nicholas has extensive knowledge of the Florida court system, giving him the skills to facilitate the best possible outcome for his clients.

 

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. degree having a double major in Economics as well as Political Science and was awarded his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He has appeared as lead trial counsel in Florida circuit courts in every major metropolitan area of the State of Florida and as appellate counsel on behalf of the State of Florida in the District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.

Nicholas was born and raised in northern New Jersey and has been a resident of Florida since 1996. Nicholas has a love of music and has performed as a member of local concert bands, orchestras, and jazz bands throughout his entire life.  He is an accomplished professional-level trombonist. In 1994 he completed his first - and last - marathon run in just under five hours.  In his spare time, he likes to compose music and work on completing his first novel. He thoroughly enjoys outdoor activities and travels out west for hiking in the mountains of Wyoming. Football season beckons every fall, and having lived and worked in Green Bay for nearly eight years he continues to support and follow both the Wisconsin Badgers and the Green Bay Packers.
